How We Work

We work under a duty of care and social responsibility using project management principles where each and every case is treated as an important and complex project contributing to the success of DegreeAngel's goals. This is worked out over four levels of success:

Level 1: Success through Project Management (cost, time and quality)
Each project is managed by a hero making sure your project performs to your desired outputs of cost, time and quality. This means those responsible for delivering your service will do everything they can to achieve the desired output and no one area of the organisation is more important than the other.

Level 2: Success through Repeatable Successful Project Management
Once we are successful at something once we will be successful all this all time!  This means we source out our high performing employees and success stories and use the real life experience as training for new recruits and the masses we also keep up to date with industry best practice in each of the areas we cover and run training sessions.

Level 3: Success through Project Benefit Realisation
This is about more than the outputs where we go beyond the mathematical or requested outputs and strive to exceed customer expectation for instance it is not enough for us in our accommodation service to match you based on price and requirements we do our best to foster peace of mind and fuel lasting relationships. To do this we have to understand our customers and clients which is why we invest so much in communication.

Level 4: Success through Corporate Strategic Implementation and Value Added
Our company mission is to lead social and economic mobility of graduate migrants in the UK and nationals in the UK. If any of our activities do not contribute to this, we reassess their value or the way strategies are being implemented to make sure our projects all lead to this mission.

Moving from one level to another requires the development of processes in a number of areas:

• A methodology (and/or training programme) is required to move from level 1 to 2
• Benefits management is required to move from level 2 to 3
• Project portfolio management is required to move from level 3 to 4
